Away from the schedule

Life & Interests

Animals are still involved. There is just more water, more trees and fewer fluorescent lights.

Outside the clinic

Life needs some outside in it.

Work matters. So does having somewhere to go when you are done thinking about work.

Ellora enjoys animals, nature, the outdoors and time near the water. Given her lifelong connection with Newfoundland dogs, it is probably not surprising that the “away from animals” part of her day can still contain a dog roughly the size of a loveseat.

The outdoors offers a different rhythm: fewer notifications, more fresh air and the kind of quiet that makes it easier to reset.

A few things that fit

Professional, personal and very much human.

🌿

Nature

Time outside, green space and getting away from the indoor routine.

Near the water

Lakes and water are a natural fit—especially when your dogs have a working history built around swimming.

🐾

Animals

Both career and personal life. Apparently there was no need to pick only one.

Balance

Ambition and responsibility are important. So are rest, laughter and a life that is not entirely scheduled.

Ellora's perspective

A few simple ideas

Animals deserve respect. People deserve clear communication. There is always more to learn. And a good day gets noticeably better when you can spend part of it outside.
